REPLACEMENT OXYGEN SENSORS The range of Oxygen Sensors from AMS is good news for all users of Oxygen Monitoring Equipment in the medical, food and process industry. The advanced range of oxygen sensor are designed as direct replacements for existing types of sensors used in a large range oflaboratory and process Oxygen Monitoring Instrumentation and control equipment. The features of all sensors is the unique pressure relieving system, which prevents any damage to the casing in the event of pressure fluctuations within the equipment and preventing any electrolyte leaking into the gas stream. All sensors are manufactured with the latest large capacity anode, which extends the lifetime of the cell to an average life of 18 months operation in 100% oxygen at STP. Extra stability is achieved by the use of high activity electrodes and built in temperature compensation circuits, ensuring the output remains constant over the lifetime of each cell and eliminating the need for constant maintenance and calibration of the equipment. All sensors meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 7767 for anaesthetic cross interference’s and come supplied with the correct electrical and gas connectors and are packaged in gas tight blister packaging for extended shelf life. Sensors also available to measure Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide and Nitric Oxide and are suitable for use in lung function monitoring instrumentation in hospitals and environmental monitoring of work areas.
